On March 13th representatives from a number of churches got together to talk about spiritual depth in youth ministry. At the end we came up with a list of qualities we've found in people that are spiritually deep. This list is not comprehensive so feel free to add to or argue with the list by adding your own in the comments below.
- Willing to lead/mentor others
- How well we/they handle not getting way
- Disciplines
- Willing to be influenced/led/vulnerable + go alone
- Curious/Asks questions
- Desire to be with deep people
- Tone of conversations are gracious
- Voluntarily going to church
- Conscience/Conviction
- Want to do God's will
- Start dreaming about the future
- Want to bring others to group/church
