Lynn Longfield, General Presbyter

If you were to ask Rev. Lynn Longfield if she liked her “job” as General Presbyter she would hesitate.  Job?  Like? For her, being G.P. is about call, about caring for pastors, about loving congregations, and about partnering with others in the Presbytery to strengthen congregations for the good work of sharing Christ’s love with the world. Sometimes that is a joy and sometimes a struggle. A better question would be “Have you been blessed in this calling?”  The answer would be an unequivocal “YES!”
Besides being G.P., Lynn is mom to two grown sons, as well as daughter, sister, friend, neighbor, gardener and yoga enthusiast.
